Emmet SavageEmmet Savage in was born into a family where stock markets were a constant topic of discussion. While running fantasy folios in competition against his father he learned the finer points of stock investing before graduating from school. His obsessive enthusiasm with all things stock-market related did not go unnoticed and in 2004 was invited to write for The Motley Fool, a well known US advisory service dedicated to educating, amusing and enriching individual investors. Since then Emmet's articles have been read by large audiences throughout the US where he is a well regarded stock commentator.

Having managed numerous portfolios over two decades Emmet has combined real-life lessons with a fanatical study of stock markets. He believes everyone is qualified to guide their own financial lives and has taught hundreds of Irish investors how to build and manage a market beating portfolio.
